Susan Salazar is a Realtor specializing in Relocation and Single Family Home Sales.  Susan assist buyers to find their dream home and sellers to sell in Williamson County, South & East Davidson County, West Wilson County, and West Rutherford County.

Susan was raised in the Hermitage/Mt. Juliet area.  She graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science of Interior Design degree and a minor in Architecture.  She met Craig Salazar, a Franklin native, while at UT and married him in 1994.  Craig and Susan have resided in Franklin since 1994 and in Sullivan Farms Subdivision since 1998.  Craig and Susan’s first son was born in 1997 and their second in 1999. 

After graduating from UT, Susan worked for Gresham Smith and Partners as an Interior Designer.  She started out in the corporate division and then later transferred to the healthcare division.  She designed many spaces for various Columbia HCA hospitals.  She moved up to be the Interiors Team Leader for Columbia Healthcare projects.  She left Gresham Smith and Partners in 1997 after the birth of her first child. 

After leaving Gresham Smith and Partners, Susan worked as a sales representative for Guard Commercial Wallcovering.  Her clients were other designers & architects, contractors, and corporate/healthcare facilities.  She stayed with Guard until shortly after the birth of her second child in 1999.  She then enjoyed teaching Commercial Interiors at O’More College of Design in Franklin, TN.

Susan became a Realtor in January 2004 and was named Outstanding Rookie of the year by her office Team Leader.  Susan has consistently remained in the top 20% for sales and currently serves on the Agent Leadership Council for her Keller Williams office.

Susan and her family are very involved in Scouting.  Susan served as the Committee Chairperson & den leader for the cub scout pack at Winstead Elementary (2007-2010).
